Transformational Breath® is a Registered Trademark and may not be used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Transformational Breath Foundation (TBF). When using our registered trademark for non-commercial purposes, such as in news articles, commentaries, and the like, we ask that you use our mark only as an adjective and to identify it with the registered trademark symbol ®.

The TBF has an established Certification Program for its practitioners and certified practitioners are allowed to use the Transformational Breath® mark provided they do so only under certain conditions. Certified practitioners are urged to carefully review their certification materials to ensure that their use is in compliance therewith and to contact the TBF if they have any question about their use of the Transformational Breath® trademark.

The TBF Logo Mandala is the copyrighted work of the TBF and is also used as a common law trademark. Reproduction and use of the TBF Logo Mandala is permitted without express written consent only under the following conditions:

1. Logo is not used for commercial purposes, in a misleading fashion, or in connection with any material that reflects unfavorably on the TBF.
2. Logo design is not modified in any fashion.
3. Logo is not enlarged in size. Some reduction in size is permissible when Logo is used in website Cross-links or Ads to comply with website design styles.
4. Logo is used only in the context of identifying the work of the Transformational Breath Foundation.
5. Logo is clearly identified as the trademark and copyrighted property of the Transformational Breath Foundation (TBF).
