Facilitator Information

This page explains how to work with TBF Event Schedule information and Facilitator Profiles. Additional information may be obtained by emailing the webmaster at:: info@fountainheadweb.com

Event Information

There are 3 Types of Requests for events:
ADD, UPDATE, DELETE

To understand these 3 types, remember what the schedule looks like.

There is a SUMMARY LINE to identify the event.
e.g. Seminar ** June 01 - June 02, 2007 ** Seattle
e.g. Introductory Workshop ** October 31, 2007 ** Boston

There are DETAIL LINES to describe the event more.
e.g. Venue, Notes to Participants, Contact Name, Phone and Email etc.

ADD:
A New event  [not on any schedule]. We Add both Summary and Detail info
1. Click the ADD radio button.
2. Fill in all Required Fields. [those marked with a red asterisk (*).
3. Add data for any optional fields. [Marketing data, facilitator info, special registration instructions, what to bring, how to prepare. Use your imagination to excite the viewer to come to your event].
4. Key in the Authorization code [you must be Certified to obtain it]. Ask webmaster.
5. Verify your data.
6. Click Submit.
7. You will receive an email confirmation of your request. [if not, the email id entered may have been mistyped]

UPDATE:
A Change of information on an existing event. We can only Update Detail Info. Summary Line (Dates, Location and Level) is needed to identify an event and CANNOT be updated. If you need to change these, then issue a DELETE (see next heading), and follow with an ADD of the new event.

1. Click the UPDATE radio button.
2. Fill in the Dates, Level, and Location fields.
3. Fill in remaining Required Fields making any changes. [required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*) .
4. Change any optional fields. [Marketing data, facilitator info, special registration instructions, what to bring, how to prepare. Use your imagination to excite the viewer to come to your event].
5. Key in the Authorization code [you must be Certified to obtain it]. Ask webmaster.
6. Verify your data.
7. Click Submit.
8. You will receive an email confirmation of your request. [if not, the email id entered may have been mistyped]

You may Update the following Fields per event:
1. Contact Name
2. Phone
3. Email
4. Venue
5. Notes to Participants
6. Notes to Webmaster (including requests to post an event brochure -- sent via separate email)
7. Is Training with Judith?

DELETE:
Removal of an event from the Schedule. We Delete both Summary and Detail.
1. Enter Event Type. [Training Level, Special Event, Workshop]
2. Enter Start Date.
3. Enter Location. [these are necessary to make the event unique so we do not delete the wrong one]
4. Fill-in Name, Email, and Phone. [in case of questions.]
5. Key in the Authorization code [you must be Certified to obtain it]. Ask webmaster.
6. Verify your data.
7. Click Submit.
8. You will receive an email confirmation of your request. [if not, the email id entered may have been mistyped]

Facilitator Information

If you are a Certified Facilitator or Trainer you may ADD, UPDATE or DELETE your web information.

ADD:
A New Facilitator [not on the website yet].
1. Click the ADD FACILITATOR radio button..
2. Fill in all Required Fields. [those marked with a red asterisk (*).
3. Fill in Optional Fields.
4. Key in the Authorization code [you must be Certified to obtain it]. Ask webmaster.
5. Verify your data.
6. Click Submit.
7. Email a Photograph of yourself. [Full-size large, un-touched digital jpeg, specifically a "passport-style" photo]
8. You will receive an email confirmation of your request status if you entered a valid email address.
9. Info you provide will be checked and updated against our Contact Database and will be considered your current information.

Helpful Hints:
1. Look over the Facilitators page to see what others are submitting.
2. Specify Location as you wish.
[you can include a full address, or just a state, city, town, non-US country.
However you want to indicate the area you are willing to cover. Listing multiple States or Countries is okay (e.g. New York and New Jersey, or, Belgium and France].

3. If you have no email to post, check the "No Email ID" checkbox.
4. If you have no website address to post, check the "No Website" checkbox.
5. Please keep your bio to a crisp 50 -100 words. Multi-lingual Bios are okay. We can work with most western languages.
6. Use the "Request or Comments" field for special instructions, or to give alternate email addresses etc.

UPDATE:
An Existing Facilitator [already on the website ].
1. Click the UPDATE FACILITATOR radio button.
2. Fill in your name, phone and email.
3. Fill in any other fields that are to change.
4. Key in the Authorization code [you must be Certified to obtain it]. Ask webmaster.
5. Verify your data.
6. Click Submit.
7. You will receive an email confirmation of your request status if you entered a valid email address.
8. Info you provide will be checked and updated against our Contact Database and will be considered your current information.

DELETE:
An existing Facilitator [already on the website ].
1. Fill in Name.
2. Fill in Email Address. [in case we need to verify with you personally]
3. Please give us a reason for your Delete request.
4. Key in the Authorization code [you must be Certified to obtain it]. Ask webmaster.
5. Verify your data.
6. Click Submit.
7. You will receive an email confirmation of your request status if you entered a valid email address.

Note: This delete is irrevocable once it is processed. We will wait 3 days before posting.

NOTE on Supporting Materials:

With form submissions, if you need to send a Photo, Brochure, Flyer or other document, attach it to a separate email to info@transformationalbreathing.com.

Flyers or Brochures should be in a PDF format. Sorry, NO OFFICE DOCUMENTS.

To make a PDF from your original document, you may try the following:

1 - Kinkos or any similar document service should be able to help
2 - Convert to PDF yourself, for free, by downloading PDF-Redirect from www.downloads.com.
3 - Or provide a link to another website where people can view your document.
